My daughter just moved from South Florida to the panhandle, where the nights are quite chilly. I bought this for her as an early Christmas gift. She loves it. The seller is reliable, and the heater was delivered to her door within four days. No assembly is required, and it is ready to use right out of the box. It arrived with no damage, and was well packaged. The unit is quiet and heats her small home very well. She also loves watching just the flames without using the heater...it adds a lovely warm glow to any room. While this seller has the heater priced a little higher than other vendors, the shipping is free, so it's an excellent buy. I will be her visiting at Christmas, and look forward to seeing this beautiful little electric stove in person. I may have to buy one for myself! Buy this, you won't be sorry.
I picked this up from my local Menards on sale for $69.00 (with out remote). The heater works great and heats up my 20 X 12 family room nicely. I know it says only 400 square feet but it works for my family room quite well and it's open concept.
The fire doesn't totally look natural but it is nice looking and add a nice touch to the heat. I don't miss having the remote so I'm glad I got it locally and saved myself $50 bucks!
