Dimplex is a superior enterprise to perform with if need to have be. I would have liked to know that dimplex added some orange tape on some of the logs. This effect may please some but not me. I owned Dimplex solutions without the tape and was quite pleased. I spoke with Dimplex and now know which model to purchase.I HAVE A Challenge WITH THE 3rd PARTY VENDOR. Accurate Worth SUPERSTORE. I wanted to exchange the unit for a further model that was recomended by Dimplex. I continue to be told that the owner dealt with Amazon issues. They gave me his number, i referred to as, left a message and HAVE By no means
