The top surface burns easily and is very difficult to clean. It is smokeless, that i was impressed about. However, you have to keep adding water as you cook, and the top slides of easily during cooking. As you try and hold the grill to flip the meat, it is easy for the grill to slip on the burner and spill the water. Overall, not bad for the price, but can be frustrating to use.

Tried this because we are not allowed to have a grill at my apartment. It does not hold enough water to prevent the fat from smoking. The smoke detectors went off and much hilarity/frustration ensued. It may work better on veggies or hot dogs, but not burgers....not burgers at all.My Recommendation: buy a decent sized George Foreman grill.

I DID NOT LIKE THIS PRODUCT. HARD TO CLEAN, THE COATING WASCOMING OFF, IT SMOKED UP MY APARTMENT SO BAD THAT MY SMOKE ALARMCAME ON. THE PRICE WAS GOOD BUT THE PERFORMANCE WAS NOT. I WILLBE THROWING THIS THING IN THE TRASH CAN!
