Product Description


Micro-Induction Cooktop provides the best in cooktop performance, safety and efficiency. Induction heats as electricity flows through a coil to produce a magnetic field under the ceramic plate. When a ferromagnetic cookware is placed on the ceramic surface, currents are induced in the cookware and instant heat is generated due to the resistance of the pan. Heat is generated to the pan only and no heat is lost. As there are no open flames, inductions are safer to use than conventional burners. Once cookware is removed, all molecular activity ceases and heating is stopped immediately.

Love it. It works with my Honda EU1000 December 3, 2011

I love this thing. I bought it because it has multiple heat settings. It cooks two eggs, gently, at 100 watts, and it boils a full tea kettle in about seven minutes at 1300 watts. All my cookware is stainless steel.I bought it for my camper, because it is light, and should not stall my quiet, little Honda EU1000 generator (Standard hot plates present a very heavy load when they are first turned on, and will kill the motor on most small generators). My Honda EU1000 loved it at it's 700 watt setting, and boiled 1/2 a tea kettle in ten minutes. Another good thing is that it has a delay between settings that allows time to change before presenting the selected load to the generator.Also, I like the easy clean up, when food gets spilled onto the cooktop.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is quite and works great with my new waterless cookware. We are traveling in a 5th wheel and it is so much easier to use than the gas stove. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an induction cooktop.M.BeanTexas

I have a variety of pans from water-less to cast iron and I am very pleased with the results. I bought it for cooking in my camper van for safety reasons(carbon monoxide, fire, etc.)and it has earned a place in the house on my kitchen counter because I like it better than my range top. The sound of the fan is no louder than a microwave oven.
