Combining powerful performance with portable convenience, this radiant heater features a 4,000- to 9,000-BTU heating capacity and can deliver soothing warmth to spaces up to 200 square feet. Use it when gathering with friends at a cabin or out on the back deck, during a tailgating party or sporting event, in a tent when camping, or when working on projects in a garage or at a job site. Approved for safe indoor and outdoor use, it also comes in handy as a viable emergency heat source when the power goes out. The clean-burning heater runs nearly 100-percent efficiently, and its swivel-out regulator makes it easy to connect the fuel tank. Attach the heater to a 1-pound disposable propane cylinder or to a 20-pound remote propane cylinder with the optional hose. Both types of propane cylinders are sold separately. A simple push-in knob makes it effortless to ignite the pilot light and to set the heat from low to high. To ensure safe operation, the heater will shut off automatically if it accidentally gets tipped over, if the pilot light goes out, or if it detects low oxygen levels in the room. Other highlights include lightweight construction, a heavy-duty wire guard that keeps hands a safe distance from the heat source, and a fold-down handle for carrying and compact storage. The CSA-certified radiant heater measures 9 by 14-1/5 by 14-2/5 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty (not intended for use in California; see model F232025).
The MH9B little buddy is a 4,000-9,000-BTU portable, indoor safe radiant heater. A single 4,000 heat setting delivers sufficient radiant heat for a space up to 200-square-feet. Safety features include a tip over switch that will shut the heater off if it gets knocked over and a low oxygen sensor that shuts the heater off when oxygen levels in the room get too low. The pilot design will also shut the heater off completely if the pilot light goes out. Heater uses a knob for ignition and a separate single button acts as a kill switch.
